Q: Were will the funds raised at this event be used?
A: Recently Flowers Heritage Foundation (FHF) launched its Bridge the Gap program to help fund the medication needs of patients in the US who are waitlisted in their states AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).  Initially, the states of Montana and Kentucky have signed up for the program and FHF has been able to cover all the patients enrolled to date but the need is projected to grow over then next few months.  The funds from this event will primarily be allocated to cover the needs of this program.


Q: How much of my donation goes to the patients
A: 100% of your donation goes to patient care.


Q: Will I get my art submission back?
A: The top 30 entries will be auctioned off at the event and not returned to the artist.  All of the remaining submissions will be returned to the school or artist.


Q: Will there be other items auctioned other than student art work?
A: Yes.  There are a large selection of items included in the silent and live auction including; professional works of art, vacation packages, fine dining, wine selections, health and wellness, jewelry and other valuable items.


Q: What is the attire?
A: Cocktail attire. Red and Blak theme  (Men - Tie and Jacket)  (Women - Cocktail Dress)


Q: If I win and item what form of payment will you accept?
A: Cash, Personal Check (with proper ID), American Express, MasterCard or Visa


Q: Will my purchase be Tax deductable?
A: Only the portion of your purchase that is higher than the listed value of the item is deductible.


Q: May I take my item home the evening I purchase it?
A: Yes, we strongly encourage you to take it with you.


Q: May I make a tax deductible donation to the foundation without a purchase?
A: Yes we will be most grateful to arrange this.
