Our ability to provide medication to wait-list clients depends on the success of our fundraising efforts. 100% of your donation to the Bridge The Gap Program will go towards life-saving medications for our clients. Ramsell Corporation and its subsidiaries underwrites all operating costs for Flowers Heritage Foundation.

How We Provide Assistance

All AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) wait-listed clients must be registered by their state ADAP in order to qualify for the Bridge the Gap (BTG) program. The ADAP state must ensure that the client meets all of the State's ADAP enrollment guidelines and is eligible for the program.

Program enrollment is contingent upon available funding and will occur as enrollment slots become available. Once a client receives an enrollment slot, they can receive ADAP formulary medication coverage through the BTG program. We issue each enrolled client a prescription benefit identification card to assist the pharmacy in the prescription billing process.

The BTG program registration, enrollment, prescription dispensing, and pharmacy payment services are managed by Public Health Service Bureau (PHSB).  PHSB, an organization providing pharmacy benefit management services to ADAP programs since 1997, contributes its services to the BTG program free-of-charge.

The Bridge the Gap Program will provide medication consistent with each state's ADAP formulary medications. The Program will adhere to existing prior authorization criteria for applicable formulary drugs.
